Privacy Policy
The short version
- Your pay, bills, goals and plans stay on your phone. We never receive them.
- There is no account, no bank connection, no ads and no tracking.
- The only thing that reaches us is feedback you choose to send.
What NextCheck stores on your device
Everything you enter in NextCheck (your incomes and pay schedule, bills, goals, which bills you marked paid or skipped, and extra-money plans) is saved in your phone's app storage. It is not sent to Xebworks Studio or anyone else. NextCheck also creates a random ID for your device, which is not linked to your name, phone number or any account.
You can copy a backup of this data from the More tab, and you can delete all of it at any time with More → Delete all data. Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser's site data also deletes it.
Feedback you send us
If you use Send feedback, we receive only what that form sends:

Feedback never includes your budget data. Messages are stored on a server operated by Xebworks Studio. When a message arrives, its text is also sent as a notification to the developer's phone through a push-notification service (ntfy).
To limit spam, the server keeps a count of messages per network address in memory for up to one day. Network addresses are not written to disk or saved with your feedback.
Hosting
NextCheck and this website are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes standard connection information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your information.
- We don't show ads or use advertising or analytics trackers.
- We don't connect to your bank or ask for financial account numbers.
Children
NextCheck is meant for adults managing their own pay and bills. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices and requests
Because your budget data never leaves your device, you control it fully from the app. To ask about or delete feedback you sent, contact us at [email protected], and tell us roughly when you sent it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
